My name is Sarah Butler. I am a Child & Adolescent Therapist, Clinical Supervisor, Trainer and Wellbeing Coach based in Colchester, Essex, and a registered member of BACP. 

I work as a therapist with children and teenagers who experience mental health, social, emotional and/or behavioural difficulties.
Play Therapy, Sandplay Therapy, Nature-based Therapy or Creative Arts Therapy can help young people with trauma, bereavement, bullying, loss, coping with change, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationships, abuse, self-harm, gender identity, sexuality, eating disorders.

In my role as a Wellbeing Coach, I work online with adults, specialising in supporting autistic adults.
